TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by TILT Leadership, a trading name of Claire Hague Consulting Limited ("TILT Leadership", "we", "us", or "our").
By purchasing, booking, accessing or participating in any of our services, programmes, workshops, coaching engagements, diagnostics, digital products or website content, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
TILT Leadership provides professional coaching, consulting, facilitation, leadership development, training programmes, assessments and related services.
Details of specific services, fees, timelines and deliverables may be set out in separate proposals, agreements or programme information.
Where a separate agreement exists, that agreement will take precedence over these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and over.
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. Fees and Payment
All fees are quoted in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms will be outlined at the point of purchase, booking or contracting.
Invoices must be paid within [14] days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
The client remains responsible for all agreed fees regardless of participation levels.
4. Coaching and Consulting Services
Coaching and consulting services are collaborative professional development services.
Clients are responsible for:
Their own decisions and actions
Implementation of any recommendations
Participation in coaching or training activities
TILT Leadership does not guarantee specific business, financial, career, leadership or organisational outcomes.
Results will vary depending on individual circumstances, commitment and external factors.
5. Scheduling, Rescheduling and Cancellations
Coaching Sessions
Clients may reschedule appointments with at least [48 hours] notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than [48 hours] notice may be forfeited and considered delivered.
Workshops and Training
Cancellation terms for workshops, training programmes and consulting engagements will be outlined in the relevant proposal or agreement.
Where no separate agreement exists, fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by TILT Leadership.
6. Online Programmes and Digital Products
Access to digital products, online programmes and downloadable resources is granted to the purchaser only.
Content may not be:
Shared
Reproduced
Distributed
Sold
Licensed
Used for commercial purposes
without prior written permission.
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by TILT Leadership remains our intellectual property.
This includes but is not limited to:
Training materials
Frameworks
Assessments
Diagnostics
Workbooks
Presentations
Videos
Course materials
Templates
Written content
Participation in programmes does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights.
Clients receive a non-transferable licence for personal or internal business use only.
8. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of information shared during coaching, consulting and training engagements.
Information will not be disclosed to third parties except:
Where required by law
Where there is a serious risk of harm
Where disclosure is authorised by the client
Where required to deliver contracted services through approved service providers
Group programmes and workshops cannot guarantee confidentiality of information shared by participants.
Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of others.
9. Recordings
Coaching sessions, webinars, workshops or training sessions may be recorded.
Participants will be informed in advance where recordings are being made.
Recordings may be used for:
Participant learning
Programme delivery
Quality assurance
Internal training and improvement
Where required by law, consent will be obtained before recording.
10. Artificial Intelligence and Technology
TILT Leadership may use approved technology platforms and Artificial Intelligence tools to support service delivery and administration.
Examples may include:
Scheduling systems
Note-taking tools
Transcription services
Content creation tools
Assessment analysis tools
Such tools will be used in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TILT Leadership shall not be liable for:
Indirect loss
Consequential loss
Loss of profits
Loss of business opportunities
Loss of reputation
Loss of data
arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Irish law.
12. Website Use
Users agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
Introduce malicious software
Copy or reproduce website content without permission
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse occurs.
13. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those websites.
14. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

16. Governing Law
