How the 12 weeks work

Week 1: Kick-off coaching session. We review your Change Leadership Advantage Diagnostic together, set your goals, and build your personal roadmap for the 12 weeks ahead.

Weeks 2–11: The Core programme. One masterclass per week covering one capability. One coaching session every three weeks applying it directly to what's happening in your real transformation that week.

And in between? You don't have to wait for your next scheduled call to get unstuck.

Week 12: The Momentum Playbook We lock in your new wiring and build your 90-day playbook together. You leave with a working system, not a folder of notes you'll never open.

Week 16 (1 month after completion): The Accountability Check Standard training abandons you the day the course ends. I don't. One month after your intensive wraps, we have our final 1:1 coaching session to review your playbook, troubleshoot any resistance, and ensure your new reflexes are holding up under pressure.
